The Brotherhood Ntra. Sra. Del Rocío de Águilas, dressed up last Saturday on the occasion of the commemoration of its X year as a Public Association of the Faithful, in coincidence with the XXX pilgrimage rociera in honor of the Virgen del Rocío in our town .

In this act, which took place in the House of Culture "Francisco Rabal", there was an opening to the scheduled extraordinary events, along with the activities of the Brotherhood, was attended by Mari Carmen Moreno, Mayor of Águilas, Fernando Gallego, elder brother of the Brotherhood Ntra. Sra. Del Rocío de Águilas, Manuel Amatriaín, parish priest of the church of San José, José Ramón García, elder brother of the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of María Santísima del Rocío de Murcia, brotherhood godmother of the Brotherhood Ntra. Sra. del Rocío de Águilas and José Ruiz García, Episcopal Delegate for Teaching and Catechesis of the Diocese of Cartagena, who offered the audience a dissertation on "Rocío: Roots of a devotion".

This act was closed with the performance of the Rociero Choir of the Brotherhood Ntra. Sra. Del Rocío de Águilas.
