The Municipal Center of the Third Age was in charge of closing the program of activities of Carnival 2018 with its traditional costume party.

The event was chaired by the center's president, Juana González;

the mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno;

and the councilors of the Third Age and Carnival, Encarnación Navarro and Cristóbal Casado, who along with other members of the Municipal Corporation, the adult and children characters of the Carnival, and representatives of the Peñas Federation were in charge of failing the awards.
