The mayor of the Third Age, Encarna Navarro, has visited, together with the president of the Municipal Center of the Third, Juana González, the more than one hundred participants in the course of gerontogimnasia, organized by the Aquiline Consistory and addressed to members of the Center Municipal of the Third Age.

The councilor, who has taken advantage of the visit to deliver to all participants a shirt with the slogan "Third Youth", has highlighted the benefits of practicing this type of physical exercise, as well as the importance of these being carried out safely and supervised by professionals.
