The Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, Adela Martínez-Cachá, presented the new student federation 'Unes Región de Murcia'.
The entity, which has the support of the Ministry, is driven by three organizations, the Youth Student Association of Aguileña (JEA), the student association of the Alfonso Escámez de Águilas IES (AEAE) and the student association of Abanilla (AEDA) .
The main objective of the federation is to involve young people in the region day by day, promote activities and work on the promotion of proposals to public entities.
Eugenio Doménech thus becomes the president of this new federation of students with the aim of "promoting associationism and cooperation among young people".
In this way Doménech will combine the presidency of the federation with that of the aquiline association JEA, "we wanted to export the working model of JEA to the entire Region, since it is a model that works and very attractive for young people," Doménech concluded. .
The counselor, Martínez-Cachá, commented that "young people are not only the future, but also the present, since their work and dedication will mean the development of our Region".
The federation will work in several areas such as youth and education as a priority, as well as in sports, culture, university and leisure, with the aim of promoting Dual Vocational Training, contribute to reduce dropout rates and promote the granting of more scholarships .
