After more than twenty years of service in Águilas, in the Gender Violence Unit of the Civil Guard, Antonio Sánchez was fired last Friday from the municipality.

Before taking possession of his new destination, Sanchez received the recognition of the local Consistory for the services rendered.

During the event, the mayor of the town, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Igualdad, Isabel María Torrente, presented him with a plaque while highlighting the impeccable work done by the Gender Violence Unit.

The event was also attended by the workers of the Cavi de Águilas and representatives of the Local Police.
