The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, summons the municipal corporation and as many neighbors want to join a five-minute strike that will take place on Wednesday, March 7 at the door of the consistory, to show support for farmers' demands around their rights over water.
This concentration will take place at 12 o'clock in the Plaza de España in front of the door of the City Hall and will be a gesture of support from the Municipal Corporation to the demonstration that same day will be held in Madrid, under the slogan "In the East, without water: desert and unemployment, we defend the Huerta de Europa ", especially for the councilors and citizens who have not been able to go to the demonstration and want to join in this way.
