Last Monday, the AFEMAC Association presented its program of assistance to children at the Águilas City Hall, "Pilota", a pioneering initiative in our town whose main objective is to attend school children with behavioral difficulties inside and outside the classroom. .
Said program will be developed during the present school year in the own educational centers and will be able to participate in the same the minors with ages between the 6 and 12 years and their relatives, since the work with the families will be one of the fundamental pillars of this Program.
The interventions will be aimed at providing psychosocial support to minors and their families, preventing school failure and facilitating adaptation to the child in their educational community.
