The Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia (OSRM), with the support of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment, offers tomorrow, March 9 (9:00 pm), the fourth of the eight concerts that this season has been offering within the Pro Music cycle that is celebrated in the Auditorium Infanta Elena de Águilas.
Under the baton of Gonzalo Berná Pic, the regional Symphony will perform with the violinist Laura Rodríguez and the clarinetists Ángel F. López and Xosé Antón Comesaña.
With Laura Rodríguez he will perform Bruch's Violin Concerto, while, together with López and Comesaña, the orchestra will put the No. 1 and No. 2 Concertos for Clarinets by Mendelssohn on the music stands.
The general director of the Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts, Marta López-Briones, declared that "it is always a pride that our orchestra returns to the Águilas Auditorium to share the stage with great soloists and perform works of great importance such as those that make up the program that the public can enjoy this Friday. "
To end the concert, the musicians of the OSRM will perform Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 4, premiered at the Russian Musical Society of St. Petersburg in 1878, under the direction of Nikolai Rubinstein.
