The Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users Virgen de los Dolores celebrated yesterday the 2nd edition of the Women's Day Awards;

an event organized to mark the recent celebration of Women's Day that, assured the President of the Housewives, Catalina Garcia, "seeks to recognize women who for different reasons have excelled in different areas of society."

The event, which took place as part of a meal attended by more than a hundred members, has served to recognize, in this second edition:

Association of Widows of Eagles as a group led by women.

Águeda Meca for being a prominent member.

Teresa Lajarín for her work in the professional and social field in favor of equal opportunities
