Coinciding with the staging of the play "A fool in a box", directed by the young actor from Murcia Carlos Santos, the aquiline auditorium was the scene of an emotional tribute to the two Murcian actors awarded with Goya Awards: Paco Rabal, in the 2000 edition, for the interpretation of "Goya in Bordeaux", and Carlos Santos, awarded a few months ago for his role in "The Man with the Thousand Faces".
The initiative of Bonjourmonamour productions, with the collaboration of the Milana Bonita Association and the Department of Culture of the City of Águilas, counted with Antonio de Béjar, former director of the Dramatic Art School of Murcia, as master of ceremonies, who shared the stage with Carlos Santos, Miguel Ángel Blaya, president of Milana Bonita, in his role of keeping alive the memory of Paco Rabal, and the three actors of the work represented, who also wanted to join the tribute.
After the interventions, nothing institutional and very personal and casual, the event was closed with a spectacular video montage that brought together cinematographic scenes by Paco Rabal and Carlos Santos, as well as the sequences that certified the Goya collections by these two unique Murcia winners for the maximum distinction granted by Spanish cinema.
