The event was attended by Vicente Sanchez, president of HosteÁguilas, Isabel Torrente, mayor of Igualdad, and Maria Belén García, head of the BETO Association.
The solidary gastronomic tour, which lasted for two weeks, included the participation of Gines Restaurant, Nostra Brasería, Ramonetero, La Chimenea, Barra6, Souk del Mar, Tiburón, Bamboo Cafeteria, Samoa, Oranje patisserie, Katy patisserie and Venezia ice cream parlor.
This initiative, launched by Hosteaguilas with the collaboration of the City Council, has aimed to "associate leisure, gastronomy and solidarity as a way to show our commitment to help people who are at risk of social exclusion," they assured from Hosteaguilas.
The donation, of 30% of the tapas and desserts sold and accounted for in the sweepstakes bonuses of the aforementioned route, has meant a total of 420 euros that the BETO Association will allocate to projects aimed at women at risk of social exclusion.
On the other hand, Ana Maria Campos Ruiz, winner of the BONO-SORTEO made last Thursday, April 5, has also received her award.
