The City Council continues betting on the improvement of the green areas of the municipality and its streets.
For this reason, this week several teams (integrated by five people) are working on the clearing of those herbs and elements that from nearby sites prevent the correct circulation of pedestrians on the sidewalks.
"It's about leaving the sidewalks and transit areas of two well-known places such as the Los Jardines Urbanization and the Labradorcico polygon in perfect condition, and coordinating with the cleaning services so that the streets are perfect after use. of the specialized machinery for these tasks ", explains the mayor of Companies Rendering Services, Isabel Fernández.
Some works that are developed with different brushcutters, blowers, hoes and rakes, always yes, with the necessary security measures such as protective masks and anti-impact glasses.
In these tasks, the Park and Garden Service has two support people from Cáritas who are developing a work while learning a trade that allows them a better insertion in the current labor market.
The works will continue throughout this week to get these spaces in perfect condition.
Regularly a review will be carried out in case a new action is necessary.
Meanwhile, the usual tasks of care and maintenance of the entire municipality of Aguilas continue to be developed, such as pruning, resolution of possible breakdowns and all that is necessary in the green areas.
