El Molino del Saltaor is preparing to receive, next weekend, the more than 2,000 pilgrims who are expected to attend the XXX Romería Rociera de Águilas.
Thus, as has been pointed out by the mayor of Service Provider Companies, Isabel Fernández, "in the last few weeks different conditioning and improvement works have been carried out aimed at perfecting the place for an event that brings together a large number of attendees annually" .
Among the actions taken - Fernandez has assured - highlights the installation of a security railing in the area of ​​vehicle access;
the repair of one of the walls of the terrace of the mill;
the cleaning of the dampness of the exterior façade of the building;
the treatment and repainting of the pergolas and other wooden elements;
the cleaning and disinfection treatment of the children's play area;
the clearing and cleaning of the camping area and the installation of an area of ​​fences for horses in order to guarantee both the safety of the attendants and the rest of the horses.
