The Ramón y Cajal school has celebrated the XIV Cultural Week with the central theme of "Águilas".
A week that - assure from the center - is proving very fruitful and full of playful and pedagogical activities.
Among the activities developed highlights the initiative "Healthy Breakfast", developed thanks to the collaboration of Koppert, Looije, Orbitalia, Citroplant and City Council of Águilas, in which all courses have participated, from children to 6th grade.
In addition, coinciding with the celebration of the Day of the book, the students of the second section have prepared stories and readings for the youngest;
they have carried out workshops of couplets, of shields of the school, of music with the anthem of Eagles, of networks and knots sailors and of slogans and the visit of several aquiline troveros has been received.
In the same way, with the collaboration of the Department of the Environment, the students have developed a sowing of local indigenous aromatic plants in the school garden, they have launched "Seed Pumps" in the spot of Chuecos and have visited the greenhouse of the Urci Occupational Center.
To close the week, Aguileño photographer Juan Hernández has developed the activity "Águilas en 40 imágenes", where the students have been able to discover all the monuments and corners of our municipality.
