The exhibition, located in the Hall of Roman themes (C / Quintana, 11, bass), will be open: Monday from 19.00 to 21.00 hours on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 11.00 to 13.00 hours and 19'00 to 21'00 hours.
According to the mayor "this show tries to explain all the duties that are performed after the field work of an archaeological dig. A difficult task since the material is collected on site, to storage in the municipal funds or exposure the museum. "
On the gold side, the Eagles council archaeologist said that "since you just digging up a piece can be seen in the museum there are a number of cabinet work culminating in the restoration."
Hernandez stated that "these works range from washing and mechanical and chemical cleaning, inventory and drawings of archaeological material to the processes of desalination, drying, reconstruction and restoration of the pieces."
Finally, the Minister of Culture said "this exhibition may provide unprecedented eleven pieces that have never been exposed to the public."
Ten of these pieces are from the Roman period, including two thin-walled vessels, dating from the first century AD Similarly, you will see various forms ceramic table and kitchen (pot, mortar and pitcher), covering the entire imperial period and Late Roman African productions (siglos IV and V) and a plate of Terra Sigillata Clara D and a lamp with decorative foliage.
It also sets out two pieces of metal, with processing and storage procedures other than ceramics, in particular, a Roman bell dating from the V century AD and a unique belt buckle decorated medieval - Islamic Almohad (XII century), in perfect condition after early treatment.
