During the month of June 2010 the Departments of Emergency Relief and Volunteering and Social Intervention Red Cross Eagles have been carried out within the Plan assists 1005 Hall COPLA.
The interventions are part of the cooperation agreements that keep the Assembly Local Red Cross and the City, to provide support to Councillors for Health, Social Services and Civil Protection.
This month of June 2010 was the first that has been paid health coverage and surveillance in the Plan on the beaches COPLA Calabardina, Las Delicias, La Colonia, West and Calarreona, a Red Cross initiative driven by the large influx of visitors who have registered locally.
In this period we have carried out 11 rescues of swimmers, all beaches monitored, while the Maritime Rescue Department has been involved in 4 patients.
For their part, beaches Healthcare added 324, while Home Care Services to Physically Handicapped and the transfer to the Alzheimer psychostimulation Workshop have been 615 interventions.
