The city of Eagle has just awarded various contracts for the refurbishment of the new Center for Child Care (ISC), located between the streets Extension Armando Calero Muñoz, Federico Chueca and Pintor Rosales, urbanization "Las Yuccas.
The amount of supplies, amounting to 77,192 € '85, funded entirely with City funds has been earmarked for the purchase of furniture and equipment of the different rooms, as well as for air conditioning units.
The new "CAI", located on a municipally owned parcel of 1,600 m2, is equipped with two floors and three distinct functional volumes, plus a courtyard for a garden and leisure.
Facilities include a multipurpose room, six classrooms, dining room, changing rooms, toilets, meeting room and address.
The building, which is scheduled to open its doors next September, coinciding with the start of the new school, initially will house 85 children of 0-3 years.
The construction work, valued at 559,399 € '20 were financed with municipal funds and counseling from the Social Policy, Women and Migration in the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
