The Red Cross lifeguards, attached to the City Plan 2010 Copla Eagles have done a multiple rescue during the afternoon of Sunday 15 August at the beach Matalentisco.
The incident took place at 16, 55 hours from receipt of the Post Home First Aid Red Cross a call from the Eagles lifeguards outside the envelope of that beach, warning that 3 Rescuers dove into the water to assist several people who had difficulty staying afloat in the western area, where at that time was flying the yellow flag of caution.
After receiving the call alert, immediately went to the scene Rapid Intervention Vehicle with the medical team, the two All Lots in Beaches Search and Rescue boat and a Level C, to assist in relief efforts and evacuation of those affected.
However, thanks to the timely intervention of the Red Cross lifeguards assigned to the City Plan 2010 Copla Eagles who rescued four members of one family, the medical team only had to assess and stabilize LAHR 39 years and EH 9, who had suffered a Distress Aquatic and had a strong anxiety attack as a result of the incident being discharged "in situ" and without being transferred to the emergency department.
From Red Cross and the Department of Public Safety of the City of Eagles want to appeal to aquiline and holidaymakers to respect the instructions of the lifeguards in order to avoid risky situations, especially on those beaches that are unknown to users and and take precautions when sunbathing and to hydrate properly, avoiding excessive physical exercise especially in the middle of the day, extreme caution with the elderly and children.
