The overall objective of this training is to facilitate social integration and access to employment of people at risk of exclusion, through the acquisition of basic social skills for personal and social promotion.
The municipality of Eagles is organizing a social skills program for people experiencing or at risk of social exclusion, which will be held in the old school "José Noguera" from the month of September until 31 December this year , during office hours 9.30 to 13.30.
The course, whose overall objective is to facilitate social integration and access to employment of these people, through the acquisition of basic social skills for personal and social promotion, is funded by the State Fund for Employment and Sustainability Local 2010 and will be taught by a psychologist and a social educator.
It is envisaged that a total of 25 students benefit from this activity is absolutely essential before being registered as unemployed in the Regional Employment Service and Training.
The key methodological core of the program is the active participation of the users as their own integration.
Similarly, working groups will be formed which will host the decisions that affect the whole.
However, there will be also a process of tutoring, on a weekly basis, with the participation of teachers and social workers accompanying program, taking into account the situation and needs of learners, from empathy and specific interests, influencing and targeted interventions to address their specific weaknesses or deficiencies.

Social exclusion is a reality defined by the deprivation of basic needs, such as lack of financial resources, limited access to systems integration, lack of social participation, loss of social roles and links, but above all a profound lack such as personal and social breakdown in communication, lack of expectations, low self-esteem, lack of dignity and a future projection.
With the implementation of this project is to achieve greater social adjustment by increasing or improving personal and social resources, improving quality of life itself on the person.
