The action will permit the recovery of the three main facades of the building, its covered patio and skylight to highlight the simplicity of the lines of the building and recover some of the original spirit with which it was built, which was to promote cultural activity in the coastal town.

Neoclassical
The building, built in 1894, is a neoclassical style, with square and three stories organized around a central courtyard covered by a metal structure, the skylight.
