Luis López Sánchez, Municipal Councillor of the Socialist Group in the City of Eagle, lifts the regular plenary session of September, the following request:
The discharge of sewage that permeated the beaches of La Colonia and West "incalculable losses accounted for traders in the area, as well as neighborhood residents and vacationers in the area on holiday, not to mention the damage that Eagles suffered image nationally.
Twenty days after the start of the discharge and the corresponding closure of beaches, the government team was good enough, at the request of the Socialist Group, to convene an extraordinary plenary session to discuss this matter.
At the end of it, and once heard the explanations of the government team on the grounds that such discharges occurred, we for good explanations given to us and to support the construction of new wells to help determine the Charco, Delights and Calabardina.
But there was an issue that you missed that for ourselves and the relevant trade area remains in force as regards exemptions for aid and traders hurt.
For all the above, I request the adoption of the following request:
1.
That he condones the municipal level to the rate for businesses affected by occupation of public roads.
2.
That he condones the IBI for the year 2010.
