The Department of Local Development is working with the Professional Association of Community Revitalization and Intergenerational Solidarity entity in the implementation of a "Laughter Therapy Workshop, which began this afternoon and will run until 23 February.
The opening ceremony was performed by the mayor of the City of Eagle, Clemente Garcia.
With a total of 50 hours of training, will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 16:30 to 20:00 pm in the Training and Development Center Local (Polígono Industrial "El Labradorcico", C / Don Carnal, S / N).

Among the objectives of the workshop are: to learn to laugh at the whole body, reduce stress and insomnia, eliminate emotional blocks and use the benefits of laughter.
According to the organizers of the course, a recent study indicates that the laughs are good at fighting the disease, because while we laugh we release a lot of endorphins, responsible for much of the feeling of wellbeing.
