The city of Eagle has placed solar panels on the Training Centre and Local Development, located in the industrial area of town.
The total cost of material amounted to € 59,890, according to the agreement reached with the Employment and Training Service (SEF), and the facility has had a zero cost to the municipal coffers, as this has been borne by the students Employment workshop belonging to the course on Photovoltaic Energy. "
As indicated by the Councillor for Industry and Local Development, Clemente Garcia "have been a total of 88 solar modules, polycrystalline, highly efficient and resistant to extreme temperature variations, capable of generating an output of 16KW.
The mayor also noted that "the energy generated by these plates will provide a monthly income of close to € 1,000, to be used for the cost of electricity derived from self employment workshop and future business incubator."
