The training sessions will continue until next April, with the participation of twenty students.
The mayor of Social Services, Welfare and Equality of the City of Eagle, Josefa García, today attended the opening of the sewing course for Roma women, to be held in the town until next April.
A score of students participating in this course organized by the municipality aquiline and funded by the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Migration in the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
Training classes, mostly practices are taught by the instructor in tailoring, Concepción Escarabajal and will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 17.00 to 19.00 pm in the municipal building "The Placetón."
Starting from the basics of pattern making, the course members will learn how to: Sewing, recycle fabrics and make all kinds of clothing.
