We must forge a new paradigm of social services in line with the reality of women in our society to reduce imbalances between women and men.

The responsibility for what remains private, almost exclusively, women, and if we fail to raise awareness that men and share family responsibilities, women continue to be at a distinct disadvantage.

Because equality "real and effective" involves the incorporation of women to quality employment under the same conditions as men, and this requires an equal share of the private sphere of domestic affairs and care.

For all the foregoing, we request the adoption of the following agreements:

Since the municipal level, it is necessary:

Mainstreaming gender in employment policies are developed locally.

2.

Rethinking times, opting for the flexibility in public services, the harmonization and rationalization school days of trading hours to be consistent with the conciliation of professional and personal lives of women and men.

3.

Expand the network of services for children from 0 to 3 years and persons in situations of dependency.

4.

Promote the implementation of projects for schools opening to meet the needs of reconciliation of families in each school, according to family requirements.

We will also promote the services of breakfast, dining and extracurricular activities necessary for reconciliation in term time.

Programs will promote home help service and Tele-care assistance to people in a dependent, elderly, families at risk of exclusion and people with disabilities, promoting female employment creation and entrepreneurship of women in this sector, as well as to enhance the reconciliation of family life, work and personal.

From the guidance, training, local employment brokerage, we will encourage Strategic Programme for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities in business.

Stimulate entrepreneurial initiatives of women and strengthening networks of women entrepreneurs.
