This evening was held in the Cultural Hall of Cajamurcia, adjudication and awarding of the Literary Contest XVII Eagles Carnival 2011.
There are three methods included in this cultural event deeply rooted in the locality, poetry, prose and tenth, the latter dedicated to the crook, drink par excellence of the Carnival of Aguilas.
In the first section (poetry) the winner was Maria Lopez Diaz with a paper describing the longed expected to feel the aquiline before the arrival of his party.
The winner of prose, entitled "Soliloquy carnival" was Elizabeth Jiménez Sobradillo.
It describes the traditions and history of carnival aguileño through the years.
Finally, it was Sunday Carrillo Gonzalez, who has won the award for the tenth, with a work that extols the virtues of the crook, potion elixir of the gods and that can never fail to delight aquiline and visitors.
As is tradition at the ceremony was handed diplomas to all those involved in the workshops of paper costumes, in recognition of its magnificent and original work.
Notably, the paper costume contest being held in Eagle is unique in Spain.
