The event, held last night, attended by Mayor of Eagles, the mayor of Old Age and Character of Carnival 2011.

Yesterday, Sunday, March 13, the Municipal Center on Aging hosted the traditional piñata dance and awards ceremony of the costume contest, attended by over 200 partners.

The event was attended by Mayor of Aguilas, Juan Ramírez Soto, the mayor of Third Age, Josefa García, the president of the Center, Juana Gonzalez and adult and child characters of Carnival 2011.

The winners of that contest were:

Best Costume: Beatriz Mateo.

Elegance Award: Joseph Madriles.

Fantasy Award: Gloria Martin.

Originality Award: Ana Manzanera.

Congeniality Award: Mary Plazas.

Best Couple: Dorita Gómez and José de Haro.

Colorful Award: Isabel Garcia.
