More than 200 students have participated in this new edition, which has developed under the title "Create a sustainable village."
The Councillor for Education in office, Francisco Clemente, accompanied by the head coach of Club Nautico de Aguilas, Pedro Juan Pérez-Castejon, closed yesterday afternoon educational program "Coastal eco-schools."
More than 200 students, from 2 ° to 5 ° of Primary Education, belonging to different local schools, participated in the new edition of the school program, which has developed from October 2010 to May 2011 under the title of "Create a sustainable village."
The program has been to develop in students a curiosity about their identity and appreciate the importance of core values ​​that enrich the Eagles, its coastline and its diversity, to act with respect, through understanding, developing the relationship with the natural environment and actively contributing to the protection, conservation and environmental improvement.
Among its aims was also to know the natural heritage through visits to different points of special interest and sailing.
