During the closing ceremony, the mayor of Eagles and mayors of Public Safety and Human Services have stressed the importance of such educational activities.

The hall of the headquarters of the local police has welcomed today the closing ceremony of the "XI Conference on Road Safety Education," which were developed 22 to June 24, with students of occupational center "Urci" Eagles.

The event was attended by various local authorities, among which were: Mayor Eagles Giménez Hernández Bartolomé, Councillor for Citizen Security and Mobility, Francisco Clemente, the mayor of Social Services, Ana Maria Miñarro and Deputy Inspector Local Police, José Luis Sánchez, and participating students and instructor agent, Rafael Ortiz.

During the days that have developed the conference, the agent of the Office of Road Safety Education Local Police has worked with the students tried to develop in them habits of proper behavior on the go around town, promoting personal autonomy and pedestrians based on values ​​of respect, responsibility and prudence.

Another aspect in which it has influenced, has been in the proper use of public and private transport, transmitting behaviors that help them fend for themselves.

After the event, which has made the presentation of certificates attesting to the participating students, the authorities have welcomed these days, highlighting the importance of conducting this type of educational activities.
