His Royal Highness the Infanta Elena today visited the town of Aguilas, marked by a busy schedule.
The first acts have taken place in the consistory aquiline, about 11.00 hours, where he was received by: Mayor of the town, Giménez Hernández Bartolomé, the government delegate in Murcia, Rafael Gonzalez Tovar, the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz and members of the Municipal Corporation.
After the hello protocol, and after receiving the affection of the large audience gathered at the gates of the City of Eagle, HRH the Infanta Doña Elena visited the municipal building, where he has signed in the Book of Honor and has been treated to a selection of horticultural products, provided by leading companies in the sector columbines.

About 12'00 hours, HRH the Infanta Elena, has come to the Auditorium and Convention Center that bears his name, where he inaugurated the exhibition "Solana MAPFRE FOUNDATION collections."
The exhibition, consisting of almost thirty prints, offers a representative view of the whole work of Solana and summarizes the obsessions and concerns of one of the most significant artists of the twentieth century Spanish art.
Both the biography of José Gutiérrez Solana (1886-1945) and his work show a peculiar personality, irreducible to all cast in the traditional art scene.
The collection of prints by MAPFRE FOUNDATION Solana consists of 25 of the 28 etchings, listed by Rafael Diaz Casariego, lithographs and 4 of the 7 are preserved.
The opening ceremony has been attended by the President of MAPFRE, Jose Manuel Martinez, Honorary President of Fundación MAPFRE, Julio Castelo, and a long list of guests, among whom were the mayors of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez and Pulpí, Juan Pedro Garcia, or the known actors and Jordi Ginés García Millán Rebellón.
