On Monday, in the halls of Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel, will begin the third summer school of the University Campus International Mar-Mare Nostrum "Criminal justice in Spain," which will run from 18 to 22 July with a total of 30 training hours.
The inaugural lecture, entitled "The future of criminal law in Spain," borne by the State Legal Council of Justice and Spokesman of the Popular Party, Federico Trillo-Figueroa Martínez-Conde, and will be moderated by the Deputy in the Cortes General Andrés Sánchez Ayala.
The course aims to analyze, to the maximum extent possible, the current situation of Criminal Justice in Spain, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses, and making proposals which enhance the administration of justice in this important area.
This is done with the involvement of relevant and prominent lawyers, politicians, academics, judges and members of the Forces of State Security.
To this end, and to complete the analysis, the mornings will be devoted to examining, from a critical standpoint and practical, several criminal prosecutions, especially recorded for the School of Legal Practice of Murcia.
The Judge in the Chamber 2 nd, Criminal, Justice, José Antonio Martín Pallín will be in charge of giving the closing lecture, titled "Pardon; interference of executive power in the judiciary," moderated by President of the Audiencia Provincial de Murcia, Andrés Pacheco Guevara.
This event will take place on Friday, July 22, at 12'00 am at the Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel, with the assistance of the mayor of Eagle, Giménez Hernández Bartolomé and Course Director of the International University of the Sea Manuela Lopez.
