The Department of Health of the City of Eagle, according to what is stated in Royal Decree 865/2003 laying down the hygienic criteria for the prevention and control of legionellosis,

reports that it has carried out the cleaning and disinfection of the 18 ornamental fountains of the municipality.

Preventive measures are based on the application of two fundamental principles:

1 - Elimination or reduction of dirty areas through good design and maintenance of facilities.

2 - Avoid conditions that favor survival and multiplication of legionella, by monitoring chlorine levels and pH and continuous disinfection.
