M ª Carmen Moreno Pérez, Municipal Socialist Group spokesperson on the City of Eagle, raises the regular plenary session in July to give effect to the ordinance regulating the cleanliness of our local solar.

The municipal ordinance regulating solar cleaning and fencing specifies that "the owners of the lots should be kept in safety, health and public beautification, it is prohibited in these wastes, municipal solid waste or debris."

This ordinance says the mayor ordered measures to correct deficiencies and set a deadline for execution.

There are various sites in our municipality that are in poor cleaning and sanitation and are usually the people who live near these sun who come to the City if the owners do not clean.

According to the ordinance if the owner of the land is not clear who ordered the mayor to punish the owner, and order the owner to clean it.
