The Department of Eagles Youth City Council, in collaboration with Directorate General of Youth of the Region of Murcia and within the program "Young Eagles", has organized a course on "Diversification and Project Management."
This course of 25 hours, try to provide volunteers and professionals' education in the time off "from the tools to do their job successfully, also marked the following objectives:
Learning new systems of planning and organization partners, and use the network as a source of opportunity or reorganize the production system and investor associations.
Start the search for resources and new funding.
Take as an engine for creative ways to promote partnerships in times of crisis.
Associative boost growth.
The specific contents of it are integral project management, diversification of funding sources and financial management.
Classes will be held at the Youth House "Capri", 24 and 25 September and 8 October 9, Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 hours and from 16'00 to 20'30 pm and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 hours.
The course will give the School of Education in the Entertainment and Leisure, with the limited number of places and free participation fee.
