The City of Eagle reports that in the coming days will be auctioned several municipal lots located in the Industrial Park.
Specifically it is eight properties with the following dimensions and initial bidding price:
Plots 1 (A-12) and 2 (A-24): From 733'60 m2 and an amount of 94,861.82 euros + VAT.
Parcel 3 (C-1) and 4 (C-2): From 1,250 m2 and an amount of 107,762 euros '50 + VAT.
Plots 5 (C-3) and 6 (C-4): From 1,500 m2 and an amount of 129,315 euros + VAT.
Plot 7 (L-5): From 4310 m2 and an amount of 371,565 euros '10 + VAT.
Plot 8 (I-6): of 4,900 m2 and an amount of 422,429 euros + VAT.
To obtain documents and further information, interested parties can contact the Heritage and Recruitment section of Eagles Hall (3 rd Floor), from Monday to Friday from 8'00 to 15'00 hours, as well as phone: 968 418 846, and 968 418 812 968 418 886.
The deadline for obtaining documents will be the same for the submission of tenders, during the period of 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of a notice in the Official Gazette of the Murcia Region.
The documents will be presented at the General Register of the City Council, Monday to Friday 8.00 to 14:00 hours and working Saturdays, from 08'00 to 13'00 hours.
The bid opening will be held on the fifth business day following the expiry of the deadline for submitting proposals in the hall of the consistory aquiline local municipal or other is enabled to effect.
