The mayors of Aguilas and Lorca and several council members attended the two consistories the opening ceremony last night where the artist has given the city a picture of the sun.
The Cultural Hall Lorca Cajamurcia hosted, in last night Wednesday, September 14, the opening of a retrospective exhibition of the artist aquiline "Manuel Coronado", sponsored by the Ladies Choir of Our Lady of Bitterness (White Pass ).
To the next town mayor moved Eagles, Giménez Hernández Bartolomé, and Council for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martinez, and Education, Francisco Clemente, and the socialist mayor, Thomas Cosentino, returned once again to highlight the relevance of the work of the internationally renowned painter aquiline.
During the ceremony, which was also attended by Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar and several council members of the consistory Lorca, Coronado Lorca gave the township a large painting (390x195cm.) entitled "Carnival of Eagles" with the intention of help enrich the rich heritage in which the city of the sun, severely damaged after the recent earthquakes.
The exhibition will be open until 24 September, from Monday to Friday from 11.30 to 13.30 and 20.30 hours and 18'00 to Saturday from 11.30 to 13.30.
