The mayor of Eagles and the councilman of Youth, along with the general director of the Prevention of Domestic Violence, Youth, Legal Protection and Reform of Children and Course Director of the Universidad del Mar, has closed today the 28th edition of the Courses Summer.
The mayor of Eagle, Giménez Hernández Bartolomé, and the councilman of Youth and New Technologies, Juan José Asensio, along with the director general of the Gender Violence Prevention, Youth, and Reform the Legal Protection of Minors, Veronica Lopez, and director Courses of the Universidad del Mar, Manuela Lopez, has closed today the course "Non-formal education in youth work. Methods and Methodologies" and with it the Summer Courses of the International University of Mar-Campus Mare Nostrum its 28th edition.
The ceremony took place at the Youth Hostel Calarreona, along with principals and teachers of the course and over fifty students participating in this course that has sought to respond to the growing need for training dedicated to people who are and act with youth in non-formal education settings.
For one week, different teachers at the University of Murcia, other state universities and experts in public programs and social action organizations have tried to raise awareness and provide guidance on educational opportunities in nonacademic areas.
Notably, in the summer of 2011, Eagle has grown to strengthen again as a venue where most courses are taught, encompassing a total of 9, in addition to the Lecture "Looking to the Sea", which the municipality expects maintain or even increase in subsequent editions, as indicated by the mayor of Eagles.
