The event was held last night, with the assistance of Mayor and Councilman Eagles Tourism Albacete, among other authorities, as well as a large group of travel agents and tourism industry.
Eagles presented last night at the Gran Hotel Albacete its full and varied tourist attractions, among which is the Competitiveness Plan "Eagles, sea and fishing," currently running a project whose purpose is to create a new product based in the traditional fishing and marine culture locally, that gives uniqueness and differentiation to the town for other destinations.
Before the presentation, aquiline entrepreneurs in the tourism sector held a Workshop (bench) attended by more than fifty travel agencies and groups Albacete, with which professional meetings were held to present the different holiday products that can found in the city.
The mayor of Eagles, Bartolome Hernandez Gimenez, along with the mayor of Tourism, Clara Valverde and the representative of the management plan, José María Muñoz, unveiled the most significant aspects of the Plan, as well as the whole supply tourists in the town.
One of the actions included in the Tourism Competitiveness Plan is the imminent opening of a "Interpretation Centre and the Sea Fisheries Eco-school" which includes a live aquarium fish species in the area and colorful playback seabed.
The museum center will also display multimedia content on the real life of the fishermen, the virtual reproduction of a typical house these workers and a fishing vessel, among others.
The conference, which was also attended by the Councillor of Tourism of the city of Albacete, Caesarius Ortega, and the director of the Office of Tourism Marketing Murcia, Juan Angel Martinez, concluded with the screening of a promotional video, the draw for different rooms Aguilas and performance of the ballet "New Rhythm", which belongs to Carnival.
