Local Development Councilman Charles Bartholomew Buitrago, today presided over the closing ceremony.
Councilman Local Development, Industry, Trade and Employment of the City of Eagle, Carlos Buitrago Bartholomew, today presided over the closing ceremony and awarding of diplomas of the introductory course in administration, organized by the Consistory aquiline.
About a dozen students have participated in this course that began on October 3, with a total of 160 hours of training, distributed Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
The classes, which have developed in the municipal building "The Placetón" have been based on the study of different basic administrative tasks related to the purchase and sale: vendor selection, order management, sales contract, documentation related to the warehouse, billing rules, and so on.
During the ceremony, Buitrago Bartholomew stressed the importance of such courses "because at this difficult time training is essential to be competitive and to position themselves in the labor market."
The council also has been advanced that "the City of Eagle will continue launching new initiatives aimed at providing students the skills necessary to qualify for a job in different sectors of society."
