Following a historical demand from neighbors, the aquiline Consistory has installed 20 lighting columns with a 150 W metal halogeanuros
The mayor of Eagles, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, accompanied by other authorities and municipal technicians, this morning visited the zone of "Los Gallegos" located in the hamlet aquiline of "The Arejos" where the Consistory has placed several luminaries.
The work has involved the installation of 20 modular columns of about 9 meters high, equipped with metal halide lighting of 150 W.
The mayor has said that "this action serves a historic neighborhood claim the citizens of Los Gallegos, who after many years applying light to the streets of his neighborhood can finally enjoy it."
Bartolome Hernandez said that the current economic situation forces the government team to try to do more with less, in fact, these studies have been carried out by municipal operators, which has reduced large cost, which is estimated at around 12,000 euros.
Finally, the local chief executive has indicated that "next year will be different works in districts, especially rural roads, since many of them need urgent action."
