Completion of the General Urban Plan of Eagles has been one of the most important issues discussed during the meeting.
The mayor of Eagles, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, and the mayor of Urban and Town Planning, Isabel Maria Soler, has today held a working meeting in Murcia, with the Minister of the Presidency, Manuel Campos.
During the meeting, have addressed various issues related to Eagles, from Public Safety and Road to the situation where is the new General Urban Plan (Plan), through the budget and contributions from the Ministry of Presidency Consistory aquiline.
According to the mayor of Eagles, "the completion of the General Urban Plan has been one of the most important treaties in the meeting today, since it is essential that our town is ready for when economic conditions improve, to raise the where and how investors can develop their projects. "
Bartolome Hernandez also stated that "Eagles and has planned a new industrial estate, which would be developed in phases, due to its wide expanse."
The local chief executive has stressed the need to offer an ideal space for future hotel investors, within a new General Urban Plan modern and sustainable, so it is vital expedite its completion. "
In this regard, Manuel Campos remarked that have taken significant steps to achieve some aspects of the Plan, in the absence of a technical meeting between the Department and the City of Eagle for finalization.
"Urban development must be sustainable," said Campos, who added that his department will ensure that this Plan "strictly comply with environmental legislation, it could bring significant economic benefits for the Eagles and, by extension, to the region."
