Councillor for New Technologies, Juan José Asensio, and the mayor of Finance, María Martínez Sponsorship, today unveiled the new Virtual Office of the City of Eagle to the media responsible for banking, consulting, property registrars and notaries .
As explained councilors and municipal experts attending the event, via the "Office", which can be found on the Web: www.ayuntamientodeaguilas.org, citizens can carry out, comfortably and at home, a reverse of the Goodwill , saving trips or waiting and streamlining procedures.
Goodwill is the municipal tax is paid after the transfer of real property (house, garage space, local, etc..), By sale, inheritance, gift or other transfer.
Sponsorship Maria Martinez explained that the tax is based on the increased value that the land has since acquired the property until the transmission is made.
Juan José Asensio has stated that "this is the first service provided by that office, with the intention of improving citizen services, an application that will gradually incorporating new features, always aimed at bringing the local administration to the aquiline."
