Students have visited today the dairy 'Friar's Farm' in the company of their teachers and the Councillor for Culture and Heritage.
Students in the Curriculum Strengthening Program (CRP), from the Institute of Secondary Education "Europe", today visited the dairy "Friar's Farm," where cheeses are made.
Accompanied by their teachers, and the Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martínez, students have been shown how to perform dairy fermentation, a process that is known aquiline company, run by the Cano family, has been doing for more than 100 years, being in the last 15 years when the factory has obtained several awards for its products.
