From 00.00 hours on Wednesday, February 1 and until 24:00 on Sunday 5 Local Assembly of Red Cross and the Department of Health of the City of Eagles have activated a special operation to provide any health and social impact takes place in the municipality, motivated by the "Siberian cold snap" that is predicted to affect the city
