The new Multipurpose Hall met last night to about 2,000 people to attend the Gala of Change of Powers, the first act of the Carnival of Eagles 2012.
Carnival 2012 has started filming in Aguilas in the best way possible.
About 2,000 people gathered last night in the new Multipurpose Hall "James Calvo Diego" Gala to witness the great Powers Exchange between incoming and outgoing character of this festival declared of National Tourist Interest.
The moving ceremony, which lasted about three hours, began with the entrance to the enclosure of the representatives of the various troupes will parade in the Carnival and the presentation of the flag of the Federation of Clubs, followed by the performance of the Official Ballet interventions of President of the Federation of Clubs, José Alonso, and the mayor of Eagle, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez.
Many local authorities and other municipalities, among whom was the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, and representatives of other major parties in the Region of Murcia, as the Federation of Peñas vegetable garden, the Carthaginians and Sardineros or Romans, clothed this act, with enough recognition to the rocks that are over 10 years parading in Carnival de Aguilas, such as "New Rhythm" and "The Rat Crazy".
The first award of the night went to the journalist, Antonio Sanchez Casado, who was awarded the "Golden Conch" by the national promotion of the Carnival of Aguilas.
In this award were followed by the traditional "Golden Mask", which in this 2012 have gone to: Antonio Munoz Molina, Jose Lopez Aroca (posthumously), Juan Ramírez Soto and Urci Occupational Center.
After these examinations, the children's characters took center stage on the stage, with the traditional ceremony for the transfer of power between the projections and recesses, where they were officially named:
Child Mussona 2012: Ana Rosa Lopez, de la Peña "Jet" and the College "Mary Immaculate".
Doña Lent Child 2012: Ana Terrones Albarracin, de la Peña "Prohibition" and the Bar "Las Lomas".
Don Carnal Child 2012: Mayor Ruben Jorquera, de la Peña "The Gadget" and the College "St. John of the Eagles."
Musa Child 2012: Maria Isabel Hernandez Berruezo, de la Peña "Synergy" and the College "Mediterranean".
As usual, the highlight of the evening came with the appointment of the adult characters, who gave all present a neat and staging work, which brought name to the new representatives of Carnival de Aguilas:
Mussona 2012: Cesar Ruiz Garcia, de la Peña of the Night "I have black."
Doña Lent 2012: Isabel García Navarro de la Peña "2004".
Don Carnal 2012: José Miguel Pérez García de la Peña "The same as usual."
Musa 2012: Eva Maria Salas de la Peña Tables "Spin".
Finally, the presenters of the show, Eva Reverte, Pedro Vera and Pedro Lopez, gave way to the Official Ballet Carnival Eagles, led by Conchi Caparros, who offered a choreography of a song composed by Mariano Blaya and Jesus Martinez, for the Eagles Carnival 2012, starring Vanessa and Junior Soul Azevedo.
The 2012 Eagles Carnival is underway.
From now until 25 February, the city will experience a broad program of events of all kinds, which will make locals and visitors enjoy this magnificent festival.
