The Plan will come into service next Thursday, February 16, with the addition of new operators and cleaning vehicles.
The Department of Eagles Cleaning the council, in collaboration with the company awarded the service (Acciona-Generala) has coordinated the development of a special device Carnival.
The Plan, which will enter service on Thursday and end on Sunday February 26, consists of a total of 80 operators, who will be responsible for street cleaning, solid waste collection, cleaning of beaches and places to party and other number of common services.

As for the material needed to develop the clean, be used:
Thirty organic toilets, with all necessary equipment for cleaning and disinfection daily.
Flushing three trucks, two of 6,000 liters for large avenues and one of 1,000 liters for narrow streets.
Five sweepers, two and three suction drag.
Two machines scrubbing squares and sidewalks.
A loader and a truck to transport waste.
Eight air blowers to pressure to remove the residue left in the boxes located in the path of the Carnival parades.
Eighty containers of 800 liters, to be installed in the tent and markets, with a special route for collection.
2 containers of 12 cubic meters of waste discharge.
Thousand liters of disinfectant, bactericide and deodorizer, to fight odors that might exist after each holiday.
Throughout the work Carnivals special equipment dedicated to the withdrawal of so-called "botelleos" and thorough cleaning of gardens and squares of the municipality as well as an exclusive evening for manual sweeping of areas of special confluence of people .
