The event was held last night and was attended by councilors and different characters of the Carnival 2012.

Municipal Center on Aging hosted the traditional dance last night and the subsequent award of the costume contest for adults.

The event was attended by councilors: Third Age, Ana Maria Miñarro, Celebration, Clara Valverde, New Technologies, Juan José Asensio, and Environment, Isidro Carrasco, and the president of the Center, Juana Gonzalez and adult characters and children of Carnival 2012.

Winners and contest rules were:

Award for the Best of Carnival: Francisca Martinez.

Elegance Award: Frances Montalban.

Fantasy Award: Beatriz Mateos.

Comedian Award to Francisco Sanchez.

Sympathy Award: Rosa de la Torre.

Best Couple: Antonia Manzanera and Blas Cegarra.

Colorful Award: Joan Asensio.
