New recycling points are located near the town supermarkets.
The Department of Environment and Clean City of Eagle has coordinated with the Association of Domestic Oil Region of Murcia (AFERTAMUR), installation of new containers of waste oil collection.
As reported by the minister of the environment in the Consistory aquiline, Isidro Carrasco, new containers, in addition to those already existing in the municipality since 2008, have been located near the supermarket "Mercadona" in urbanization La Loma II, "Aldi" in Murcia street, "Eroski" street Vázquez Montalbán, "Haro" in Vera Road, "Super Olé" in Avenida Juan Carlos I and "Day" Muñoz Calero street and another in the Pintor Rosales.
The purpose of these containers is to contribute to environmental care, since the use helps reduce the amount of oil in the wastewater, reducing the recycle times on the wastewater treatment plant, as it is a negative factor in the biological cycles and the cleaning chemicals.
Isidro Carrasco wanted to make a call on citizens to join the Eagles for domestic oil recycling, as is done with other types of waste by containers of paper and cardboard (blue), plastics, cans and cartons (yellow ) or glass (green).
Carrasco pointed out that waste oil be deposited in a plastic bottle, properly closed, and then place it in the orange container, which can be found at the places mentioned above.
