The volume was presented last night at the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia, bringing together numerous authorities, guests and members of the educational community.
The Cultural Hall last night hosted Cajamurcia launch of "Threads of Ink," a literary work which this year celebrates its fifth year and which are collected stories, poems and thoughts written by members of the educational community of the Institute of Secondary Education "Europe".
The publication, 64 pages, is coordinated by Maria Soledad Lopez, Head of Department and Professor of Language and Literature, and features illustrations by Joaquin Gutierrez, assistant coach education, and an original cover, designed by Ginés Robles, professor of plastic .
During the presentation ceremony, attended by many local authorities and guests, the center's director, Ismael Lucena, stressed the importance of this book for the IES "Europe", as one of the main objectives of its educational project is based in oral and written communication.
Lucena also wanted to highlight that "in this publication have been involved: teachers, students, parents and staff who currently or historically have been part of this institute."
The Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martinez, who attended the ceremony, congratulated all those who have made it possible for "Threads of Ink" see the light for the fifth consecutive year and encouraged the whole family of IES 'Europe' to continue working on this line.
The edition of this volume closes the acts of the week I Cultural Center, under the title "Education in Values," has brought together a wide range of activities promoting cross-education through various conferences that have been promoted aspects health, sports, justice and the environment.
