The councilors of Tourism and Local Development opened yesterday afternoon in this course, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in collaboration with the Consistory aquiline and Welfare of the CAM.
The mayor of Tourism, Clara Valverde, and the Councillor for Local Development, Charles Bartholomew, opened yesterday afternoon in the course "The waiter, a major travel agent", organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in collaboration with the Consistory aquiline, Welfare and HosteÁguilas CAM
The course will run until 5 June, at the Training Centre and Local Development, aimed to train professionals in the hospitality industry and open new areas of work for the unemployed, established in four blocks: customer service, protocol room service, introduction to wine tasting and tourism awareness.
The mayors of Tourism and Local Development have indicated that "during the formative period, it is intended to raise awareness among participants about the importance they have when acting as agents of the municipality tourism, since visitors often come to them, even before the Office of Tourism, seeking information on attractions or recreational activities, among other things "
Throughout the course, students will enhance their organizational behavior and the techniques and skills required to meet the needs of customers, enabling them to excellent care.
